“You can tell the property is in the middle of upgrades. The pool was awesome along with the inflatable pool toys supplied. Breakfast was ok, basic but served the purpose. Our bathroom smelled a little funky but it wasn’t a moldy or mildew smell. The hotel itself was kind of in the middle of no where compared to ones I usually pick so we likely wouldn’t stay again, but that isn’t the hotel it-selves problem. The breakfast room attendant was pleasant and helpful with beach suggestions!”

“The staff stated that the rooms are deep cleaned, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. When we arrived, the pillowcases on the bed were visibly stained, and I had to ask for clean ones. The table and desk had visible stains and had clearly not been wiped down. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies just in case, and I ended up needing to use them because the surfaces were not clean. The floors were also dirty and appeared to need a thorough mopping. “staff was helpful when one of the booked rooms had ants in it on the first floor. They moved the guests to the third floor.”

“Everything was great, except the TV only had the option to watch general channels unlike other Hilton’s where the TVs allow you to use the apps etc. that was the only issue we had while staying.”

“Loved the garden, waterfall and Coy fish in the center of the building. That was lovely. My husband is handicapped and we used the pool and hot tub. There is a lift to assist person to get in and out. We didn't discover that the lift was not working when he was in the hot tub, and we struggled to get him out, but we did. Note to self, always check before getting in that the lift is working!”
